This project transforms an underutilized, traditional dining hall to an upscale venue for flexible, healthy and personalized meals. Beginning with the gourmet demonstration island and coupled with four individual cooking stations, the renovated space caters to students demands for healthy options, diverse cuisines and interaction in food choices.
