Project Goal
Designed and constructed prior to the advent of NYS Executive Order sustainable design criteria, the 308,000 square feet buildings primary heating and cooling system functions on 100% geothermal energy.
In effort to curtail the use of municipal water for irrigation, a storm water collections system was installed to capture and store about 6,000 gallons of runoff for use in watering the baseball fields.
