This expansive project was to provide quality housing in a residential community setting that had a special identity combined with a strong presence on campus. Located on a hillside overlooking the Academic Center, the site plan maximizes the views while creating a "community commons" in response to the University's goal. Special attention was given to limiting the pedestrian/vehicular interface and providing a safe and secure site....
